Job Duties:
- Serve as point of contact for clients, providing information and obtaining information regarding case status and details, court dates, doctors appointments, etc.
- Provide overall support to attorneys
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Drafting/reviewing legal documents
- Investigate facts to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes
- Monitor/ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record/store client information
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
