Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the effective management of staff who work with individuals with substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managerial duties and knowledge to support the clients needs in the substance use treatment setting, and will be committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of professionals working with individuals in a substance use treatment setting.
- Instruct the and train staff on the various programs that enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling and overtime budgeting.
- Complete the 90 day and annual evaluations for support staff.
- Assist with the coordination of new hire trainings and med tech trainings.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss program updates, challenges, and successes.
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills in relationship management and program development.
- Attend meetings as required.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of managing staff.
- Experience working with individuals in a substance use treatment setting.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including budgeting and program management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in program development and implementation.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 52 per week
