**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at SOC LLC.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data, escalate problems to higher-level support groups, and communicate customer needs to HPE for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and communicating with HPE.
- Collaborate with the ASM on technical deliverables and ensure hardware support meets expectations.
- Perform various hardware tasks, including installation, configuration, proactive maintenance, and break-fix.
- Escalate issues as needed to HPE account and follow established procedures.
- Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customers.
- Resolve technical incidents independently within your area of expertise, working with team members on complex or cross-technology issues.
- Identify potential escalations and alert management proactively.
- Provide solutions to prevent problems in your area of responsibility.
- Apply HPE solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs within defined parameters.
- Balance internal and customer needs within defined parameters.
- Identify additional services for future revenue growth.
- BUILD strong relationships with management in assigned accounts.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder with 2-3 years' experience in related fields.
- TS/SCI Clearance with specific polygraph required.
- Comfortable working onsite M-F at customer locations near Salt Lake City.
