Job Description:
Performs general administrative support tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain records of products shipped and track customer-returned product shipments.
- Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) and resolve customer order difficulties.
- Ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Receive incoming materials, unpack, and check goods against purchase orders or invoices.
- Verify quantity and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
- Stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- Determine the validity of warranty claims and schedule repair resources.
- Track sales shipments and delivery to provide customers with status updates on RMA items.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.
