Main Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather relevant data, perform thorough analysis, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support groups when necessary.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by clearly understanding customer needs and effectively communicating those needs to responsible teams.
Perform various hardware-related tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Escalate issues according to established procedures to ensure prompt resolution. Provide effective solutions to customers using technical knowledge and business acumen. Independently resolve technical incidents within your area of expertise and collaborate with team members to resolve complex incidents. Identify potential escalations and proactively alert management. Offer proactive and reactive solutions to prevent problems and provide value to customers. Apply HPE solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs. Balance internal needs with customer needs to achieve optimal results. Identify opportunities for additional service revenue growth. Build strong relationships with management in assigned accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 2-3 years working experience in related fields desired.
- TS/SCI Clearance with specific polygraph required.
- Comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday at customer locations near Salt Lake City.
