We are looking for an Executive Protection Agent to join our SOC team based out of Boston, MA. Position Summary The Lead / Supervisor Executive Protection Agent is responsible for overseeing the protection and safety of high-profile individuals, including executives, dignitaries, celebrities, and other persons of interest. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with leadership capabilities who can manage a team of protection agents while coordinating with other security personnel and external agencies. The primary goal is to ensure the safety and security of the client through proactive risk assessment, strategic planning, and expert execution of protective measures.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct protective security operations. Conduct pre-mission planning including threat review, site surveys, route reconnaissance. Employ risk mitigation strategies and identify and respond to potential threats. Coordinate movement and security plans with security operations center, designated client representatives, and local law enforcement as prudent and required.
- Directly supervise EP agents. Ensure that all EP assignments are properly covered and that the team is operating smoothly, in accordance with schedule and preset plans.
- Perform close protection duties ensuring 24 / 7 safety of the assigned Client(s).
- Complete trip and after-action reports.

Minimum Qualifications

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $100,000-150,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
