Growing and fast-paced multi-disciplinary orthopedic practice looking for an experienced office manager who can provide support at our Boca Raton office (25-30 hrs./week). The ideal candidate has healthcare industry experience and proven track record of successfully managing the day to day operations of a medical practice.
Responsibilities Include:
- Employee/patient relations
- Business management responsibilities
- Facilities management
- Employee training and direction
- Contributing to business improvement plans
- Special Projects as assigned
- Timely site performance reports
- Office Management support
- Updating and creating policies
- Proactively solves problems and interacts with other departments and team members to resolve issues
Position Requirements:
- EHR experienced required
- Fluent in Google Workspace apps (Google Sheets)
- Healthcare experience Required
- Prior Management or Medical Practice Management Preferred

Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
