Position Overview:We’re looking for an imaginative and out-of-the-box thinker to join our team as a Client Account Associate. In this role, you will be integral to bringing our clients’ brands to life, building strong relationships, and ensuring ongoing customer engagement to foster long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication of brand messaging and values.
- Engage with customers proactively to create positive experiences and promote client products or services.
- Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed goals by articulating product benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and handling objections.
- Gain a thorough understanding of each client's offerings to deliver accurate product recommendations and information.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and improve sales strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Passion for supporting our fundraising initiatives and achieving organizational goals.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Reliable transportation to event locations.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
