Retail Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using given tools and training with in a retail environment
- Foster brand recognition through local retail events with our Retail Customer Service Associate team members
- Maintain high compliance levels for our clients and personal brand by maintaining high levels of professionalism throughout customer interactions and sale process
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and warm professional demenous
- Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Be at the forefront of customer-facing interactions including but not limited to: acquisition, retention, and increased sales by cultivating an outstanding customer experience
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all client’s products, services, deals or sales promotions to ensure the customer is well informed
Retail Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred
- Experience in previous event sales, customer service, retail, or sales positions are preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to shine individually as well as team projects
- Friendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanor
- Ambitious, eager, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges
- Master problem solver and solution oriented in tough situations
- Team player with a desire to collaborate with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
