As our Territory Sales Account Manager, you will drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with plumbing wholesale and contractor customers.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the commercial plumbing industry and already have a solid network of client relationships. You should demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends, excel in independent work settings, and be driven by exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow existing accounts within the commercial plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, fire protection, and irrigation sectors.
- Develop and establish new client relationships to expand our customer base.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Train clients on product lines, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of features, benefits, and applications.
- Develop collaborative relationships with manufacturers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
The compensation package for this position is structured to reflect both the candidate's experience and performance expectations. Anticipated earnings are projected to exceed $200,000 in the first year, inclusive of base salary and commission. Base salary is negotiable and targeted at $100K to $150K. Benefits :
