Job Summary:
Soccer 5 is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Team Member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our soccer fields, providing top-notch customer service, and assisting in day-to-day operations. If you’re passionate about sports, enjoy working both indoors and outdoors, and have a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Field Maintenance & Upkeep

• Perform regular inspections of our turf fields and facility
• Ensure fields are clean and safe for matches.
• Coordinate and perform repairs or adjustments with the team.

Customer Service

• Greet customers, teams, and visitors with a warm welcome.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding schedules, field bookings, or general information.
• Assist with check-ins, registrations, and payment transactions.
• Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a friendly, professional manner.

Daily Operations Support

• Open and close facilities according to operational schedules.
• Help set up and break down equipment before and after games or events.
• Monitor fields during games to ensure rules and safety standards are being followed.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with fellow team members to coordinate field usage and event logistics.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Communicate field or customer-related issues to management in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience - experience in facility maintenance/up-keep is a plus.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of soccer rules and passion for the sport is highly valued.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Physical Demands

• Comfortable performing manual tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around fields for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Availability

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
