What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Operations Intern position at Soccer Holdings, LLC?
The Ticket Operations Intern will gain hands-on experience working in database/CRM management within the ticket operations department of Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC.
- This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive credit with their college or university in exchange for their time.
- Must be able to work LouCity and Racing home games (typically Wednesday, Friday, and/or Saturday).
Position Overview:
- Assist with building and maintaining events in the SeatGeek ticketing system.
- Coordinate inventory for single-game, group, and season ticket plans.
- Providing daily/weekly/monthly reports for sales, service, and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain group promo and offer codes during the year.
- Coordinate data collection processes and ensure all prospects are entered, tracked, and distributed within CRM.
- Build customer and prospect lists for phone and email campaigns based on multiple segmentation criteria.
- Assist with the operation of the box office on events and game days.
- Assist with the creation and availability of payment plans, and process monthly payments.
- Represents the Club professionally and positively.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Actively working towards an advanced degree in sports marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, gamedays, and holidays as required.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment comprehensive background check.
