What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Groundskeeper position at Soccer Holdings?
The Seasonal Groundskeeper will assist the full-time staff with the maintenance of all soccer fields at Lynn Family Stadium, Champions Training Facility, and Thurman-Hutchins Park. This includes maintaining five natural grass fields and four synthetic fields. They will report directly to the Senior Manager of Grounds.

· Assist in maintaining the playing surfaces at a professional-level
· Safely operate all groundskeeping equipment and tools
· Maintain all storage areas and other grounds-related work areas
· Perform stadium operations and general equipment maintenance during non-event days
· Identify any potential safety hazards in the stadium or on the playing surface and report to management

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
· High School Degree or equivalent required
· Experience working on athletic fields preferred
· Familiarity with all equipment necessary to maintain fields (mowing, fertilizing, aeration, etc.)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Excellent communication skills, ability to focus on details, strong organizational skills, effective problem-solving skills, flexibility, and self-motivation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Capacity to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary
- Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse weather conditions (i.e. heat, rain, cold, snow, wind)
