Soccer Shots COUS (COUS) was established in 2010. COUS covers the regions of Washington D.C., Maryland, Northern Virginia, Miami FL, New York City NY, and Nashville TN. Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington covers Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland. Soccer Shots Baltimore-Washington works closely with Soccer Shots Franchise Support Team where headquarters are in Middletown, PA.
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To effectively lead the team of Recruiting Coordinators in executing all duties related to the training standards & operations for Soccer Shots DC/MD/VA. This role will be asked to assist in the following:
Recruiting
Implement the companys high standard for coaching, and recruit a team of high performing coaches
Manage and develop an effective marketing and recruiting strategies that will generate leads and identify great coaches.
Responsible for overseeing the efficient of on-boarding of newly hired coaches
Coordinate with Coaching Department on staffing needs and organize recruiting events
Work with Recruiting Coordinators on the full cycle recruitment
Responsible for ensuring that all recruitment systems are timely and accurately updated
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships through out DC/MD/VA
Coaching
Coach depending on business needs
Ensure master coaching schedule is updated with candidate observations
Running program demos as needed
Staff Leadership
Improve NPS scores through proper recruitment of coaches
Meet weekly with Training and coaching teams for recruitment updates
Develop and Manage weekly reports that keep the team accountable for hitting key metrics
Ensure that Soccer Shots core values are at the center of the recruitment process
Partner with Training team and Human Resources to ensure successful on-boarding of new team members
Administration:
Update the calendar with interviews and on-field observations as scheduled
Ensure the pipeline document is updated in real time
Ensure coaches have all required paperwork prior to level 1 certification.
Complete reports in a timely manner
WORKING HOURS/LOCATION/SCHEDULE:
The job description above is a full-time, Exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours of work per week. Your weekly agenda and schedule will be assigned by your supervisor. Many Soccer Shots programs run weeknights & weekends, and availability is paramount. You will be expected to work out of our office in Burtonsville, MD and travel throughout DC/MD/VA
