Full job description
Passionate, energetic, and fun-loving youth soccer instructors are needed to work with children ages 2 to 8 in the Inland Empire East area (Fontana, Redlands, Yucaipa/Calimesa.
Soccer Shots is the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country. Why? Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you not only enjoy working with children but that you are incredibly passionate about it. We are in this to impact children in such a way that we leave a lasting impression on them that will give them the confidence to be successful both on and off the field.
We operate in preschools, elementary schools, park settings, etc. We have sessions running Monday through Sunday. We operate year-round and offer five public seasons: Fall, Fall 2.0, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
The ideal coach MUST meet the following criteria:

- Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots team members and/or supervisor, etc.
- Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with school staff members, team members, leadership as well as parents, self-assured.
- Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2–8 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the highlight of the child's week. You must be very outgoing and animated; and able to be silly with the children.
- Soccer: Soccer experience is a plus but not required. Having professional working experience with young children and familiarity with the game works as well.
- Transportation: Must have your own, reliable transportation and a valid license and car insurance.
- Equipment: Must own and have daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.

- Must be available on Saturday and or Sunday mornings between 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. Some weekday afternoons will be required and early evening sessions in the busier seasons (Fall & Spring).
Salary : $17 - $30
