Intern Responsibilities
- Coaching: Lead age-appropriate soccer sessions for children (ages 2-8) using our structured curriculum.
- Child Engagement: Foster a fun and positive learning environment while building relationships with children and families.
- Small Business Exposure: Gain insight into operations, customer service, sales, and marketing.
- Marketing & Social Media: Help create flyers, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Inventory Management: Organize and distribute equipment, prizes, and uniforms.
- Must be 18 or turning 18 in the fall.
- Reliable transportation to our Middletown office and program locations nearby.
- Outgoing, organized, and responsible.
- Passionate about working with children and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Available for at least 8 credit hours per week.
- Approval of internship by school counselor.
- Hands-on coaching and leadership experience.
- Exposure to small business operations and marketing strategies.
- Opportunity to transition into a paid coaching role ($22/hour) upon turning 18.
