Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach out of more than 10,000 locations around U.S. and Canada with more than 780,000 children enrolled annually.

What You Get
Development
$20 per hour for coaching and/or admin. Guaranteed 25 hours per week. This does not include drive time in between locations when coaching, but it does include drive time during sales follow up at schools and dropping off flyers at schools.

Development
- Marketing
- Re-sell at past Soccer Shots schools (list provided by owner)
- Set up Free Fun Day at schools
- Set up desk at schools
- Drop off flyers/yard signs
- Set up vendor booths at events
- Program Coordinator will coach a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
- Training
- Oversee aspects of the training process
- Training new coaches
- Communicating with coaches regarding expectations (SCORE presentation)
- Leading weekly curriculum meetings
- Evaluating
- Evaluate each coach a minimum of two times per season
- Ability to clearly communicate growth goals and where to improve
