Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you enjoy working with children and see purpose in educational instruction through sports. We strive to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of every child's week. If this excites you, you could be the next member of our coaching team making a positive impact on the next generation.
We have sessions running Monday through Friday in childcare centers, preschools, and Park Programs in local neighborhoods on weekday evenings and weekends. We have flexibility to schedule coaches based on their availability, but desire consistency for the same group of children throughout the course of the season.

The Ideal Instructor MUST Meet The Following Criteria
- Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots team leaders etc.
- Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with child care staff and/or parents, self-assured.
- Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2 – 7 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the best 30 minutes of their week. Being animated and silly is a plus!
- Soccer Experience: Preference is given to those with prior experience, however, if you are great with children and have some familiarity with the game we believe we can teach you the Soccer Shots way!
- Working with children: Must be safety conscious and aware of what inspires and interests children ages 2-7.
