Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. The Harrisburg & York Program Coordinator (PC) is the backbone of our daily operations and works in every area of our organization. The PC has a direct impact on the growth of our programs and the quality of every child's experience with Soccer Shots. The PC has responsibilities in :

WHAT YOU NEED
Soccer Shots staff must love children and soccer. Program Coordinators should have a background in a related field (e.g., education, teaching, sociology, sports management, business) and / or experience as a coach, teacher, instructor, or educator. They should be resourceful, professional, caring, and take initiative. They should also possess strong communication skills, acute attention to detail, the ability to prioritize many tasks, and great computer skills (word, excel, google cal / docs / sheets). You must have a positive attitude, and be hungry, humble, and smart.
