Qualifications:

• No prior soccer experience required.
• Core value fit for our culture
• 1-3 years of hiring experience
• 1-3 years of social media marketing experience
• Uniquely gifted to discern right-fit right-seat
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High emotional intelligence
• Must have a car and be able to drive to locations within the region.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Team Management: (50-70% of work is off site, remote)
  • Assisting the program manager with business growth, schedules, and seasonal execution.
  • Reporting, discussing, and problem-solving weekly issues (with program manager).
  • Discerning right-fit candidates to grow the coaching team seasonally.
  • Professional communication with school leaders and parents.
  • Executing physical and digital marketing plans for seasonal enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing staff with support and challenge to increase their success within Soccer Shots!
• Coaching: (30-50% of work is on site with children)
  • Willingness to lead young children in a fun-filled weekly curriculum at any sight assigned
  • Coaching with excellence is: safety conscious, having max participation from the group, including everyone in the lesson, teaching the lesson of the week, energetic and full of fun!

This is a full time position that WILL require occasional work on weekday evenings and weekends to serve families and oversee programs when children are available for play! However, we provide ample flexibility for administrative time, and all managers and coordinators work remotely for administrative/office work.
