Consistent Availability - Must be able to work throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons with minimum changes to availability.
Responsible - Ability to arrive on time to sessions, handle groups of 5-10 children, communicate effectively with Soccer Shots leaders
Professional - Clean appearance, be kind and approachable for parents at public sites and directors/staff at private sites
Experienced - Proven experience engaging and leading young children, soccer experience is a plus but not required
Creative - Comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children
Clear Background - Must pass a background check
Must have reliable transportation and access to the internet daily with phone/computer.

All Soccer Shots coaches are trained in developmentally appropriate techniques.
Coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training.
Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players, and experienced and licensed soccer coaches.
Working with children is something we dont take lightly, and its imperative that you not only enjoy working with children but are incredibly passionate about it. We are in this to impact children in such a way that we leave a lasting impression on them that will give them the confidence to be successful both on and off the field.
