Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. This role involves developing players' skills, building character, and promoting a love for the game of soccer. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment. You will lead 30 minute sessions with children ages 2-8. No soccer experience required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct soccer training sessions based on the curriculum that we provide.
- Organize and lead practices, drills, and scrimmages while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Foster a positive culture that promotes character growth.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff.
Requirements
- Experience working with students or youth in an athletic setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage young athletes.
