Team Processing Manager
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Hours: Full-time, Mon - Fri
Soccer Village is seeking a result-driven, organized, and proactive leader with management experience to lead our Team Processing Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Job purpose: As the Team Processing Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all activities within the Team Processing Center. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, overseeing processing tasks, developing solutions to improve productivity, and ensuring an efficient and organized workspace. You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations while driving improvements that contribute to our overall success of Soccer Village.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the processing center leadership team to manage hiring needs and optimize team performance in specified areas.
- Inventory Control: Participate in quarterly physical inventories and assist with maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Processing Management: Schedule and assign tasks to team members and follow up on work results to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Problem Solving: Work with the team to develop solutions that minimize mistakes on orders and maximize productivity within the Team Processing Center.
- Receiving and Inventory:
- Manage and receive team-related products and spirit wear.
- Coordinate with purchasing to address any missing items or issues with purchase orders.
- Oversee bin locating and inventory management to ensure space is used efficiently and overstocked products are addressed.
- Generate debit memos for defective or miss-shipped products and handle returns effectively.
- Feedback and Communication: Provide constructive feedback to the processing center leadership team regarding inventory functions and receiving processes to improve efficiency.
- Workplace Efficiency: Maintain an organized and efficient workspace by minimizing distractions, such as excessive talking and personal cell phone use.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to create more efficient workspaces.
- Assist with various projects within and outside the Processing Center to support organizational goals.
- Lead with a focus on effective management while meeting company objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the processing center leadership team.

- Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations is highly preferred.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Supervisory or management experience is highly desired.
- Inventory management and warehouse operations experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
