Umbro Soccer Camps provide elite-level training experiences for competitive youth soccer players. Our camps focus on technical development, tactical understanding, and high-level gameplay, led by experienced and licensed professional coaches. We are seeking dedicated soccer coaches to join our team for the summer of 2025.
We are looking for experienced professional soccer coaches with a minimum USSF C License (or international equivalent) to lead and support our week-long summer soccer camps. Candidates with lower coaching qualifications may be considered based on extensive coaching experience. Coaches will work with motivated youth players in a structured training environment, delivering engaging sessions that align with our camp curriculum and coaching philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions focused on technical, tactical, and physical development.
- Create a positive and challenging learning environment for players.
- Provide individual feedback and mentorship to campers to enhance their development.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure consistent and effective coaching methodologies.
- Supervise players to ensure their safety, engagement, and overall camp experience.
Job Details:
- Camp Dates: July 7th - 11th, 2025
- Camp Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: The Ethel Walker School, Simsbury, Connecticut
- Compensation: Highly competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
- Provided: Extensive Umbro Coaching Uniform & Equipment provided
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum USSF C License (or international equivalent) required.
- Experience coaching competitive youth soccer players.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a coaching team.
