We are currently looking to expand our operation with the addition of an experienced Host/Hostess.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and wait lists efficiently
- Maintain an organized and inviting host stand and waiting area
- Provide menus and answer guest inquiries regarding the restaurant and its offerings
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Answer phone calls and manage booking inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
