Fixed Income Product Analyst

Top-Tier Bank Investment Management firm in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Fixed Income Product Analyst.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy, having strong skills in investment strategies, technical savviness with investment systems, excel, and data manipulation (SQL, VBA, etc.) You will collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create scheduled and ad hoc reports on portfolio performance, manager rankings, and product analysis.
• Automating data delivery, ensuring data integrity, and using tools like FactSet, Bloomberg, and Morningstar.
• Collaborate with marketing on the content management system, manage data sources, and improve processes.
• Lead projects related to product data and driving efficiency through process analysis and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Technical expertise in markets, fixed income securities, portfolio construction, investment systems, and product analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in product management or analysis is a plus.
