What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA position at Social Circle ABA LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition
- Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients, including data collection, behavior management, and parent training
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
