  • Rehab Optima Experience Preferred

Job Description :

  • Provide support and assist physical therapists with designated routine tasks and assignments.
  • Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and patients for therapy sessions.
  • Assist patients with exercises and treatments as directed by a physical therapist.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and response to therapy.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies and procedures.
  • Conduct various criminal and background checks including county, federal, multi-state, and sex offender searches.
  • Perform health and safety screenings, including PPD or Quantiferon tests, or provide proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.
  • Participate in orientation and ongoing training as required.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
