We are looking for a Creative Team Lead.
Your main tasks will be:
- Timely and Consistent Delivery of Creatives: ensure the regular and punctual delivery of a wide range of creative assets to internal stakeholders - Banners, Videos, LPs, Illustrations, Emails, etc;
- Creative Performance Analysis: build the process of constant analysis of creative performance and evaluate the effectiveness of performance campaigns launched using developed creatives;
- Creative Growth Hacking: constantly suggest and integrate new ways to show higher results creatively;
- Iterations Mastery: based on analytics, constantly suggest and implement changes to creatives to show higher performance results;
- Quality Control and Timely Distribution: maintain quality control standards and ensure that creative assets are delivered promptly, meeting requirements;
- Competitors Analysis and Trend Research: analyze the mobile creative market and study trends;
- New Ideas and Efficiency Strategy Formulation: create new ideas and strategies to enhance department efficiency, productivity, and content quality;
- Creative Library Development: build an optimally functioning creative library for sharing knowledge among marketers;
- Team Members Growth: establish transparent growth and career track for creative team members.
We expect from you:
- Russian: native/fluent;
- English (B2 ): English proficiency for effective communication and negotiation;
- Management Experience: experience in achieving business goals by leading creative teams (5-10 ppl);
- Creative Analytics Experience: understanding how working with creatives and leading a creative team affects business results;
- TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads Proficiency: in-depth knowledge of TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads platforms, including trends and features;
- AI Tools Proficiency: experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Adobe Cloud, and Figma. Other AI tools;
- Multimedia Expertise: knowledge of image, video, sound, and text manipulation, including image manipulation and animation control;
- Mobile Creative Optimization: skill in creating mobile-focused creatives and understanding performance metrics;
- Creative Conceptualisation: ability to develop creative concepts and lead execution;
- Task Assignment and Team Collaboration: effective task delegation and collaboration with production teams;
- Social Media Awareness: stay updated on social media trends and platforms;
- Creativity: strong creative thinking to drive innovative visual content;
- Tech Adaptability: quick to learn new technologies and tools, adaptability to changes;
- Collaboration Skills: team-oriented, proactive, and critical thinker;
- Client-Centric Approach: a customer-oriented attitude to understand and meet stakeholders' expectations.
