Social House Entertainment is searching for an organized self-starter to be our new Event Assistant. The event assistant responsibilities include reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations & the Event Operations Manager.
To be successful as an Event Assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Event Assistant Responsibilities:
- Management of company, sponsor, ticketing email inquiries
- Management of customer service inquiries
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- Working on assigned projects with internal & external teams and agencies, including venues, media, public relations, branded entertainment, operations, among others to achieve engagement's financial goals
- Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors
- Food & Retail vendor agreements
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes for contracted staff
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents
Event Assistant Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Microsoft office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb organizational skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn
