As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere while serving high-quality beverages to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all safety and legal regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to ensure seamless service.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently.
- Uphold food safety standards while preparing garnishes and serving food items when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends.
- Familiarity with retail math for managing tabs and processing payments accurately.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink costs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
