Position Overview:
The HR Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a basic IIPP that aligns with occupational safety and health requirements for a remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct an assessment of current workplace safety policies, procedures, and risks.
- Using a template, develop an IIPP that meets OSHA and Cal-OSHA state-specific requirements.
- Ensure the IIPP is accessible, practical, and easily integrated into company operations.
- Add the plan to Trainual and make it live, pushing it to the team for signoff/acknowledgment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the development of an IIPP for a remote workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA & Cal-OSHA regulations and workplace safety laws.
- Experience working with and developing safety programs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines efficiently.
Project Duration & Compensation:
- Estimated project duration: 1-5 days
- Compensation: $25-$30 per hour DOE
Opportunity for additional project work upon successful completion of this project.
