Job Description
The Lead Content Producer is a pragmatic and strategic leader responsible for overseeing the schedules, planning, and execution of productions led by a team of talented Producers. This role is integral to Social House’s ability to craft high-quality, culturally resonant content, ensuring that creative concepts seamlessly translate into impactful digital narratives.
The ideal candidate is a visionary problem-solver, capable of balancing creativity with operational excellence. They’ll bring a forward-thinking approach to production leadership, proactively managing timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple clients while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
This person will own the production process from start to finish—ensuring our team of Producers are efficient, aligned, and set up for success in executing next-level content across social media platforms.

Leadership & Team Development
- Lead as a driving force behind the Content Production team, providing mentorship, structure, and strategic guidance to our in-house and independent Producers.
- Inspire, motivate, and challenge the team to elevate creative output while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities, ensuring the team stays ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Advocate for the production team’s needs, ensuring they have the resources, tools, and support necessary to execute their best work.
Production Oversight & Execution
Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative productions, ensuring alignment with Social House’s strategic vision and client’s brand guidelines.Develop scalable workflows, ensuring that projects move smoothly, efficiently, and on time despite shifting priorities.Act as the key liaison between creative, strategy, and paid media teams, ensuring a seamless integration of creative storytelling and data-driven execution.Proactively identify and mitigate risks, offering innovative solutions to production challenges while maximizing efficiency.Project & Resource Management
Lead multi-project scheduling, ensuring that production timelines align with client expectations and Social House’s internal benchmarks for excellence.Manage the allocation of producers and production resources, balancing workloads for maximum efficiency and output.Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest quality standards.Collaborate with internal and external partners, including talent, vendors, and agencies, to bring creative visions to life.Innovation & Industry Leadership

Education & Experience
6 years of experience in creative production, content production, or a related field, preferably in an agency, media, or digital-first environment.3 years of leadership experience, managing and mentoring a team of producers or creatives.Proven experience in overseeing multi-platform content production, including social media, digital, and experiential campaigns.Strong background in managing complex production schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.Technical & Production Skills
Deep understanding of end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production planning to post-production execution.Experience working with photographers, videographers, editors, animators, and other creative professionals.Knowledge of production logistics, including location scouting, casting, and contract negotiations.Very strong level proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Basecamp.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.Creative & Strategic Skills

Gain a deep understanding of the TriVision Approach (Strategy, Content, Paid Media) and how it translates into creative execution.Team & Workflow Management – Establish a strong working relationship with the four producers under their leadership. Assess current production workflows, identify inefficiencies, and begin implementing optimizations.Creative & Operational Audit – Conduct a comprehensive audit of Social House’s existing production processes, vendor partnerships, and competitor benchmarks to ensure best-in-class execution.Production Scheduling & Resource Allocation – Take full ownership of production schedules, team bandwidth, and resource planning to ensure on-time and high-quality content delivery.Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Establish seamless communication with the Creative, Strategy, and Paid Media teams, ensuring alignment on campaign goals and production execution.WITHIN 6 MONTHS, THIS PERSON WILL MASTER :
