- Communication: Provide timely updates, progress reports, and insights to clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in account management and client relationships for a digital marketing agency.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand and interpret performance data, providing actionable insights to clients.
