- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address client concerns or challenges, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Communication: Provide timely updates, progress reports, and insights to clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 3 years in account management and client relationships for a digital marketing agency.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
