That’s because we are not only passionate about our swag, but we are also passionate about our community.If you need a second chance or want to work for a company that makes an actual imprint on their community, Social Imprints is the place for you!About the Position : You handle everything related to POs, shipping, and delivery of promotional products from our vendors to our customers.You will confirm PO information, issue POs to all necessary vendors, confirm on-time shipping of POs, enter / confirm tracking information, and confirm receipt of goods at the final destination. You will use our order management system to help resolve vendor issues, shipping exemptions, and all Account Manager follow-ups.Hybrid Role

• 2 days remote, 3 days on-site (if located in the SF Bay Area)Remote Role

Vendor Confirmations, Items Received Confirmation, Vendor Proof Confirmation, Vendor Delivery Confirmation, Vendor Bill ReconciliationVendor Payment Management :

Vendor payment management and adhering to Company policies and procedures.Order Shipping Management :

Confirm order Shipped, Confirm Tracking, Handling all shipping issues directly with vendor and carriers, Shipping AllocationsPost-order Management :

Follow RA workflow, Track down all missing invoices to ensure the month is closed on time, and resolve all issues preventing orders from being closed.Price Negotiations :

working at a $10M promotional products company is a must.A purchasing role / account coordinator experience at a promotional products company is a huge plus, but not necessary.Must enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment.Must possess a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, superior follow-through, and the ability to embrace the unexpected.Must be able to work independently.Must have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to develop alternative solutions when necessary.Must be a strong team player, resourceful, highly organized, takes initiative, and drives projects forward.Must have excellent time management skills.Must have the ability to adapt / respond to different types of personalities.
