Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Prepping, packaging, and stocking food for the Grab & Go Case and Cheese Case
- Stocking prepared foods case, steak case, and dessert case
- Stock retail shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits
Skills Required:
- Basic culinary knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
