Personal Assistant to Content Creator
Are you a creative, highly organized, and social media-savvy individual ready to dive into the fast-paced world of digital content creation? We’re searching for a dedicated Personal Assistant to collaborate with a prominent content creator. If you thrive on managing details, editing content, and traveling, this could be your dream role!
Schedule :
Monday–Friday (flexible hours negotiable)
Weekends Off
Your Role :
Be the trusted right-hand to the content creator for both personal and business matters.
Masterfully manage a packed schedule : appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Coordinate and oversee the remote team of editors and creatives.
Edit photos and videos (as needed) using Final Cut Pro and Photoshop to ensure content meets the creator's vision.
Stay ahead of trends in social media algorithms and best practices to maximize engagement.
Draft professional, compelling communications for sponsors, collaborators, and business contacts.
Strategize with the creator to elevate their content and expand their reach.
What You Bring :
Travel-readiness : MUST BE ABLE to go on domestic and international trips (with expenses covered).
Flexible schedule : Last minute trips, able to work late or early when needed.
Experience : Prior personal assistant or similar role experience preferred.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with Final Cut Pro and Photoshop a plus.
Organizational Mastery : Expert in managing schedules, multitasking, and staying cool under pressure.
Communication Excellence : You’ll represent the creator professionally and thoughtfully.
Social Media Expertise : Up-to-date with trends and tools to ensure the creator’s content thrives.
Professionalism : Handle sensitive information discreetly.
