The Claims Specialist will coordinate with claimants and adjusters to process casualty claims, answer questions and complete any required paperwork. Responsibilities:
- Advise insurance clients on various insurance matters, such as coverage and claims.
- Handle an inbound call from a customer, take the necessary information, and assess the claim.
- Determine provider of coverage for an insurance client.
- Determine the amount of benefits for an insurance client.
- Disseminate information to appropriate claims personnel in order to inform the client of next steps.
