As the traffic manager for the brand marketing team, you will manage the project intake and traffic function for the brand marketing organization -a critical role in helping us build our brand.
You will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, prioritizing, and assigning incoming requests from company stakeholders, and managing the workload of our creative and content teams to ensure the work is completed according to schedule. In addition, the role is responsible for helping maintain our content libraries and supporting our SVP of Brand Strategy.
What you'll do :
Review and assign incoming project requests, ensuring complete information is provided
Manage the design and writing team queues, ensuring workloads are balanced and due dates are feasible
Track projects across the entire workflow, route them to the appropriate people, and flag / remediate projects that are stuck or behind schedule
Build and update workflows in our project management system (Wrike)
Upload finished assets to our content management system (Bynder)
Manage brand assets and info on our company intranet
Manage the brand team's budget
Who you are :
A self-motivated, super organized, and exceptional time manager
Possess 6 years of project management experience
Have 1 years of experience with Wrike (preferred) or other project management tool (Asana, Workfront, etc.).
Have 1 years of experience with Bynder (preferred)
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses / incentives, and equity.
US Base Salary Range : $65,000 - $122,000 with a 10% annual bonus
