Social Space is a fresh and exciting approach to providing high quality modern ABA therapy to children and teens with Autism with the intentional focus of kids and employees having fun. At Social Space, you will have the unique opportunity to serve kids in our Preschool/Early Elementary Clinical program, in local public schools, in the community, and in client homes. Our program is open 8-3 Monday-Friday, so you can always expect to work a very balanced schedule to allow you to live a life outside of work as well!
No experience working with Autism or in Applied Behavior Analysis? No worries! We provide all training on site and you will be supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who will ensure you are set up for success.

Responsibilities:
As an RBT, your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. You will play a vital role in implementing individualized behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport and engaging with children on their level through play and structured activities.
- Implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching new skills.
- Collecting data on client progress and behaviors.
- Collaborating with the BCBA and other team members to assess, modify, and adjust intervention plans as needed.
- Maintaining a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Willing to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire
OR
- Successful completion of a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program.
- RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Ability to interact with children on their level and build a positive rapport.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children with developmental disabilities.
- A commitment to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
