Key Responsibilities:

- Share detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and uses, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Accurately process transactions, manage payments, and maintain a clean, organized sales area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to overall store success.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and participate in ongoing training to build skills.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site position in Harrisburg, PA.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
