SVA’s Creative Internship Program offers students hands-on experience and mentorship with over 50 business partners nationwide. Our clients range from Mayweather Boxing Fitness and Club Pilates to emerging musicians, boutique fashion brands, and influencers of all sizes. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Content Creator intern [must live in or near San Jose, CA area]
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with team and help to develop Social and Digital campaigns from start to finish
- You’ll make sure running projects get carried out through the entire pitch and production process
- You’ll be focusing on developing concepts and executing Instagram feed posts and stories on a range of topics
- You will be creating the content to post on business and client social media accounts
- You’ll be at on-site studios to shoot, photograph, and film content for social media
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This person should be ready to pick up digital projects across the board at any given moment
- An interest or skill in photography or videography is necessary
- You’re open to learning and mastering any tools that will build your skills
- You are open to input and use it to grow
- Problem solver
- You are eager to learn and proactively pick up tasks and run with them
- Ability to quickly master our visual brand language and have the motivation and inventiveness to actively participate in its evolution
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Empathy for our customer and their needs as well as your teammates
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in an environment that moves fast
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency with iMovie, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus
POSITION DETAILS (PLEASE READ PRIOR TO APPLYING):
- Commitment through June 2025
- Flexible hours (average 10-12 hours/week
- Hybrid - must be able to go onsite to capture content (living in or near San Jose, CA is required)
- Must be able to start ASAP
