Providing individual or group coaching, counseling, mentoring, instruction, training, feedback, and positive reinforcement for the participant in areas outlined in their Recovery Plan. Teaching coping and life skills that promote independence and resilience. Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and recovery strategies. Identifying and linking participants with community resources. Completing daily program documentation accurately and on time.
