Description
Case Managers needed for full-time, temp to perm or permanent position provide case management services focused on government benefits and resources in Long Island, particularly Nassau County. A hybrid schedule is preferred, with 2-3 days worked in the office, but will also consider fully remote for an experienced case manager in a temporary role.
Annual Salary Range : BSW, $55,000-$60,000 and MSW, $60,000-$65,000.

Requires BSW or MSW (supervision provided, but not clinical supervision and must have a car and be able to drive.
