Social Work p.r.n. has an immediate full-time, temp position for a Housing Resource Developer in Chicago assisting individuals locate affordable housing units, establishing relationships with landlords and property managers. The Housing Resource Developer will assist in coordinating supportive services to ensure that the housing needs of homeless or at-risk individuals are adequately addressed. This is a hybrid position of working in the office, in the field and remotely for approximately 12 weeks.
