As an On-site Trust and Safety Counselor, you will support content moderators through one-on-one and group sessions, wellness programming, and crisis interventions. Help enhance resiliency and address family and work-related concerns, enabling personnel to perform their best.
Shift Schedule:
Rotating schedule, 3 days a week: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality. Deliver short-term, solution-focused interventions and wellness resources. Lead workshops and collaborate with leadership on wellness initiatives. Offer crisis intervention and consult on workplace safety concerns. Support new hires and assist with offboarding processes. Participate in supervision and maintain professional credentials.
