Clinical Coordinator, Outreach Program
Needed for full-time, permanent position in Manhattan.
Clinical Coordinator supervises Case Managers and ensures the utilization of Harm Reduction and Housing First strategies and other best-practice clinical interventions to ensure the highest quality care for clients in transitional housing and supportive housing programs. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for client records and ensures that they are kept in compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
The Clinical Coordinator works primarily during business hours Monday-Friday, with off hours availability in case of emergency or for special projects / initiatives.
Annual Salary Range : $64,000-$68,000.
Position Requirements
LMSW or MSW required; if MSW, must obtain license within the first 6 months of employment. Minimum 3 years of experience with related populations; previous supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
