Clinical Coordinator
Needed for full-time, permanent position in Queens. The Clinical Coordinator, provides clinical support to Queens based, Aging Services programs using a Critical Time Intervention (CTI)-informed model; providing time-limited services focused on housing retention, resource development, and community integration intended to support older adults with aging safely in the community, and provides information and referral services; benefits application and navigation assistance; resource development support; and community integration programming.
The Clinical Coordinator maintains a caseload of 30-40 clients and serves as a member of the management team. This position has a 35-hour work week. This is a fully in-person position that will divide time across the building portfolio. The position may require occasional evening or weekend hours to support tenant events.
Annual Salary Range : $64,000-$68,000.
Additional Clinical Coordinator roles service the general adult population available in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens.
Position Requirements
LMSW or MSW required, if MSW, must obtain LMSW within 6 months of employment. Minimum 3 years of experience with related populations; previous supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
