Social worker needed for full-time, temp to perm position at an outpatient treatment program for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders, located in the Hartford, CT area. Staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client's treatment goals.
Currently seeking an LMSW or LCSW to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals, providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to co-occurring adult clients and some work with adolescents as well.
Salary : $60,000 / year - $65,000 / year (with retention and referral bonus opportunities!)
- Provide elite-level care to adolescent and adults seeking treatment by evaluating
behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs
therapeutic groups, and referral source / outpatient provider contact.
